Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will oversee all HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is critical to maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring our team remains engaged and productive.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., CHRP, SHRM) is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure employee growth and alignment with company goals.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, oversee benefits administration, and manage payroll in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Termination Processes: Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
