In this role, you’ll work closely with Regional Directors, District Managers, and restaurant leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive, thriving workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Leader & Coach

  • Be a trusted business partner to field leadership, offering guidance in talent planning, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and benefits.
  • Provide coaching and thought partnership to Regional Directors & District Managers.
  • Lead employee relations efforts including investigations, performance coaching, and terminations.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all regulations.

Culture Champion

  • Drive and model Luna Grill’s positive workplace culture across all locations.
  • Spot trends, recognize wins, and share best practices.
  • Support equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives in the field.
  • Promote key benefits and wellness resources to team members.

People Grower

  • Partner with operations to identify talent needs and create tailored development plans.
  • Mentor field leaders to strengthen their skills and career paths.
  • Help leaders build engaged, high-performing teams.

Problem Solver

  • Identify and address process gaps to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with payroll/benefits to resolve ongoing pay or benefits challenges.
  • Analyze turnover and other HR metrics to create fact-based solutions.
