Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Dallas, TX 75201 Position Type: Internship Job Category: Human Resources Saville CPAs & Advisors seeks a Winter 2026 Intern to support our Employee Engagement and Experience (EEE) team. Our EEE team promotes Saville’s company culture, finds the right new hires for our growing teams, and ensures employees receive the resources they need to succeed. This in-office, project-based winter internship allows one college student to work exclusively with the EEE team at Saville. Key Skills Data Migration & Validation – Ability to ensure accuracy and integrity of data during system transitions System Testing & Troubleshooting – Support testing phases for HRIS and Learning & Development platforms Reporting & Documentation – Create and analyze reports to track implementation progress and identify issues Analytical Thinking – Review data sets and draw actionable conclusions Technical Proficiency – Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HR software systems What is the job? Employee Events • Assist with event research, planning, and day-of-event assistance • Update and track budgets for employee engagement Professional Learning and Onboarding • Assist in hosting Saville training sessions, including employee onboarding • Support Learning & Development system implementation through data validation and migration tasks • Generate and analyze database reports to ensure accuracy during system transition • Ability to review data and draw appropriate conclusions from data sets Recruitment and Human Resources • Maintain accurate data within HR software • Assist with coordinating employee engagement events with summer intern class • Assist with HR compliance projects Play a vital role in two firmwide software implementations (HRIS and Learning & Development), including: Data migration and integrity checks System testing and troubleshooting Reporting and documentation of implementation progress Qualifications What are we looking for? • Interest in Human Resources, Communications, MIS, Accounting, or General Business • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Strong analytical skills for data review and reporting • Experience with Canva or similar design tools for creating training materials, infographics, and visual communications, preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and possess emotional intelligence (EQ) • Organized, energetic, creative, and self-directed with a professional appearance What do we offer a Winter HRIS intern? • Competitive hourly pay • Exposure to firm leadership and company "open door policy" • Inclusion in firmwide meetings and events • Hands-on experience with critical HRIS and Learning & Development system projects, gaining insight into enterprise-level implementations • Paid parking or train expenses during the internship • Opportunity to learn from experienced staff and Senior Director of Human Resources
