Description

Performs a variety of day-to-day Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, ensuring data integrity and the accurate processing and reporting of HR data. Work independently under general direction. Handles problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Three (3) years of experience in HRIS / data management required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in healthcare
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible for reviewing System Access Request information in the Ivanti ticketing system. 2. Respond to ticket inquiries and follow up on ticket errors 3. Process tickets using Kronos WFC system and applicable job aids. 4. Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered and assures information is available on a timely basis. 5. Assist with providing timely resolution to service requests.
