JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist to join our team. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HRIS platforms, ensuring the accurate flow of employee data, and supporting HR processes through the effective use of technology. Additionally, this role will be responsible for communications, internally through SharePoint, HRIS software, Paylocity and externally through LinkedIn and company website. This role requires a blend of attention to detail and an understanding of federal and MN state laws and regulations to drive efficiency and improve the employee experience..

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with expertise in system administration, configuration, and support.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Paylocity).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to generate reports.
• Understanding of federal and MN state laws and regulations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data management best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
