The mission of HR UK is to provide a proactive service that aligns with ABN AMRO’s UK business strategy and culture, supporting leadership and employees. Acting as ambassadors for the Company, our role is to ensure all our employees, and the business areas, have trusted and professional HR support available to them.

• Providing support on specific projects e.g. staff handbook refresh; culture workshops; policy review and process enhancements
• Maintaining and enhancing the HR Intranet site
• Prepare data analysis, working with reports and personal and/or sensitive information
• Participate in organising events in line with annual HR calendar and learning initiative
