General Summary: The People and Culture team is looking for an intern to join our growing team. A successful candidate will have a strong customer service approach, good attention to detail, be proactive, and be a good team player. Primary Responsibilities and Competencies: Assisting leadership with enhancing the candidate, new hire, employee, and manager experience in alignment with Anew's mission, vision, and values. Helping to ensure the accuracy and relevance of employee policies, actively seeking opportunities for policy and procedure enhancements. Assist with the onboarding process. Help to maintain employee data integrity within Bambo HR. Help maintain employee records and provide administrative documentation support within a Sharedrive environment. Fulfill other assigned tasks as needed. Required Education, Experience and Certification: Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field Understanding of basic people and culture responsibilities Skills: Attention to details Strong relationship management skills Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated Ability to work in a collaborative and team environment Equal Employment Anew is committed to providing equal employment opportunities.
