Human Resources Intern – Spring/Summer 2025 (up to 300 hours)
Are you ready to dive into the world of Human Resources and make your mark on the Spring/Summer of 2025? Look no further – we’re on the hunt for an energetic, multitasking, and downright awesome Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team!
The duration of the internship would be for two (2) months in the Spring/Summer.
Get ready to kickstart your career! As our HR Intern, you’ll dive into the exciting world of people operations, employee engagement and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI). What You’ll Be Doing…

• Internship assignments may vary depending on time of year, but may include all or some of the following:
• Get hands-on with our HR team, collaborating on diverse operational HR projects
• Research HR trends, best practices and legislation and assist in crafting and keeping policies up to date
• Assist the HR and Communications team in the implementation and launch of our new internal communications tool
• Support in the sourcing, implementation and rollout of global compliance training program
• Support in the planning and implementation of global EDI initiatives
• Analyzing data to extract valuable insights, guiding our HR Operations towards peak efficiency
• Taking ownership of ad hoc HR-related administrative processes and projects as assigned

What You’ll Bring…

• Currently holds or working towards a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Keen, self-starter interested in being exposed/able to contribute to a wide variety of HR responsibilities
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail/Google Docs/Google Sheets, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
