Job Description Job Description This position is with Bosch Automotive Steering, within the Human Resources department. This position will provide meaningful hands-on work experience in related field of study. Get a chance to leave your mark on Bosch processes and learn about HR and how multi-faceted it really is. In this role, you’ll be given projects and the freedom to propose your own suggestions and run with them. *This position is only being offered on a FULL-TIME basis. It is also best that candidate's are eligible to rotate for the Summer semester as well. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include but not limited to the following Opportunity to observe and actively participate in several facets of a business environment – learning and proposing own ideas in projects Will be actively involved in supporting plant-wide and cross-functional projects Support the day-to-day function of Human resources Recruiting – career fairs, etc. Wellness/Diversity initiatives Administrative maintenance – payroll, timekeeping, SAP, internal job application processing Training Digitalization initiatives Supporting the implementation of the Bosch employee engagement initiatives Qualifications Education and/or Experience: Student enrolled Bachelors or Masters degree program, preferably Human Resources, Communications or Business related, and interested in career in Human Resources.
