The Group Human Resources Intern will assist the Electrical Group Human Resources team in various tasks and projects in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, HR analytics, training and development, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in human resources, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a remote, team environment. Essential Job Functions Assist with strategic Group HR projects that may include: Development and rollout of a harmonized recruiting process across the group Assist with creating Targeted Selection behavioral interview guides for select roles Analyze compensation of select roles across the Group and identify opportunities to improve alignment and consistency across the organization Compile and build out electronic learning paths on various onboarding, functional and leadership topics Conduct daily system audits and reports for accuracy Support HR teams with onboarding improvement projects Collaborate and assist HR & TA with process improvement, PowerPoint presentations, electronic forms and meeting coordination Maintain daily reporting and analytics requirements for training, data integrity, and compliance Design brochures and supplemental training site travel materials for various Leadership Development Programs Education Currently in an accredited program to attain a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or other relevant major Skills and Competencies Interpersonal Skills Problem Solving Adaptability Communication Attention to Detail Microsoft Office Workday is a plus This position is fully remote with some travel opportunities to Northeast facilities if located in the area. This position may be full-time or part-time. Pay Range: 20.70 - 25.30 We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!
