Assists in organization and maintenance of employee personnel files. 2. Internal and external communication 3. Support the HR team on basic tasks within HR systems 4. Timely and accurate reporting 5. Support HR team with basic payroll, recruiting, and other HR functions. Requirements Currently enrolled in a college or university studying Human Resources, Business, or a related subject. Advanced/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred Writing skills a plus Excellent professional demeanor Minimum commitment of 10-15 hours/week
