Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing and scheduling content across various employer branding social media platforms. 2. Develop and produce creative content (graphics, videos, articles, and posts) that align with our employer branding strategy. 3. Monitor engagement and respond to comments or inquiries. 4. Track and analyze social media engagement, performance, and audience insights. 5. Research industry trends and best practices to enhance employer branding efforts. 6. Assist in recruitment adhoc activities. Requirements: 1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Human Resources, Business Administration or any field. 2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0. 3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 5. Basic knowledge of shooting, design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
