Join us to shape the future of digital solutions across Asia and beyond! Key Contributions We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, offering exposure to the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment to employee engagement, and performance management. Talent Acquisition Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networks Create and update job postings across internal and external platforms Screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR system Participate in employer branding and hiring initiatives Additional ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as needed Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 6 months of prior HR internship experience is a plus Able to dedicate full-time availability for a 3–6 month engagement Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize AI tools effectively Strong attention to detail, good communication, and time management skills Positive, professional attitude and passion for people-related work Good English communication skills are mandatory We are a multinational, product-driven company specializing in proprietary POS solutions — developing in-house and delivering directly to our worldwide customers.
