JOB OVERVIEW About the role:  We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our HR team. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly, and is interested in gaining hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations.  The internship will be on-site for a duration of 4–8 months, starting in April or May 2026.   Responsibilities: * Support the recruitment team by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications * Prepare offer letters and coordinate background checks * Support employee onboarding and offboarding tasks * Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system and internal databases * Create, track, and update HR spreadsheets, reports, and metrics * Organize and maintain HR files, documentation, policies, and procedures * Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad hoc projects   Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong communication (French and English) * Proficiency with Microsoft suite, Excel and Word   Equal Opportunity Statement: FTAI Aviation is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in the workplace.
