Job Description: Halo Industries is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions while contributing to a fast-growing organization at the forefront of semiconductor technology. You will assist in supporting our HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to a positive work culture. Responsibilities: The duties of an HR Intern primarily revolve around administration and supporting core HR processes: Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Coordinate with Interviewers and schedule rooms Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities. Prepare various HR-related documents (e.g., offer letters, contracts, internal communications). Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist with planning and organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives. Help in the communication and distribution of company policies and updates. Conduct research on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends. Assist the HR team in maintaining compliance with employment regulations. Basic Qualifications Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS or resume databases is often a plus. A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain detailed, accurate records. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with employees and external candidates. High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for data entry and document preparation. Confidentiality and Integrity: The ability to handle sensitive and private employee information with discretion. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and with employees across different departments. Salary Range: 20–30 USD per hour
