Human Resources Intern (L&D)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate closely with the L&D team to enhance work relationships, build morale, and boost productivity.
• Assist in organizing orientation and training sessions, including preparing training materials, managing pre-training arrangements, setting up classrooms, and conducting follow-up evaluations.
• Design graphics and materials using Canva, such as social media posts, flyers, and short videos.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and video editing software is preferred.
• Basic knowledge in MS Office Suite or equivalent software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in Sereniacity, Sepang and travel with the L&D Team.
  Job Type: Internship
  Contract length: 3 months
  Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
