Job Description ## Job Description As a Human Resources Intern, you will support HR operations and contribute to projects focused on enhancing HR documentation and understanding operational workforce activities within the factory environment. This internship offers valuable exposure to HR operations, blue-collar workforce management, organizational structure, and HR process improvement within a multinational industrial environment. ### Key Responsibilities * Support HR operational and administrative activities * Assist in updating and organizing job descriptions * Participate in understanding and documenting blue-collar daily tasks * Support HR reporting and documentation activities * Collaborate with HR team members and operational teams * Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives Qualifications * 3rd or 4th year university student * Background in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant fields * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good organizational abilities * Eagerness to learn and develop professionally Additional Information ## What You Will Gain * Exposure to HR operations within an industrial environment * Hands-on project involvement * Mentorship from experienced HR professionals * Exposure to workforce operations and HR processes * Professional learning and development opportunities Program Duration 10-12 weeks starting July 2026 Activity: Other Contract type: Internship - Stage
