We’re looking for a motivated part-time HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day operations and people initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world HR experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Duties and Responsibilities: Learn how to work as part of the human resources team. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed. Assist with HR projects, policy updates, employee communications, and other departmental initiatives. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in preparing HR documents Assist with the recruitment process, including but not limited to screening resumes and conducting phone screens. Support payroll and other administrative tasks as needed. Other duties as they arise or assigned. Requirements Reasoning Ability: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments efficiently. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee records. Ability to follow established processes and identify inconsistencies in documentation. Exercise discretion and good judgment when working with confidential information. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. Prior HR or office experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements: Frequently sit for extended periods of time Occasionally stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, pinch, grasp, and/or bend Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
