Job Duties: Performs duties under general supervision of the Human Resources Manager, to support new employee onboarding: Create and assemble training packets/ for each new hire; Assembling onboarding packets/folders; Filing employment and personnel documentation into employee records via OnBase; Data reporting, management of various Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Conduct monthly driver’s license verifications; Employee recognition: maintaining a record of employee birthdays and anniversaries; Other tasks, as assigned by the HR Manager. Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Preferred experience or interest in Human Resources Management.
Responsibilities
The intern will support new employee onboarding by creating training packets and assembling onboarding folders. Additional responsibilities include filing documentation and managing data reporting.
