KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

University degree in law, humanities or economics
Proficient in digital tools

Responsibilities

PURPOSE

To support the HR Manager in the management of employees of Communication – Marketing Department in order to effectively ensure all the activities and processes in compliance with the deadlines. To be in charge of preparing and filing documents, preparing reports, onboarding activities and search and selection support. To cooperate with international teams and to give support and assistance in the daily activities of the function, guaranteeing a smooth communication and a prompt settlement of requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides support in the activities of selection, drafting of job ads, collection of candidacies through digital tools, phone screening/via Skype and maintenance of hardcopy or digital archives.
  • Based on the HR Manager’s requests, prepares the documents on candidates such as presentation sheets, review of CVs and reports.
  • Gives support in the preparation of contracts and draft letters based on company standards.
  • Coordinates the onboarding activities of employees, collects documents requested for recruitments, processes hirings with the entities in charge (SAP, Administration/Payroll), sends the communication to activate services/IT/security activities (badge, etc.) and prepares the procedures to be delivered.
  • Supports the HR Manager in the processing of the requests for reports for the line and internal functions, such as Labor Cost and Administration.
  • Carries out general services for the HR Managers, such as loading of documents in digital repositories, update of periodic reports, meeting room reservations, management of contacts.
