Projects will be structured to support both organizational needs and academic curriculum requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting efforts including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and internship program support Support workforce development initiatives such as training programs and employee development activities Assist with HR data tracking and reporting related to hiring, retention, and engagement Participate in onboarding and employee experience initiatives Support internal communications and HR documentation projects Ideal Candidate Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field Strong communication and organizational skills Interest in workforce development and employee engagement Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments At DeWys, interns are treated as valued contributors.
