Job Title: HR Intern Location: Delhi (Hybrid) Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Internship Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and administrative activities. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth hiring processes, maintain accurate employee records, and support internal communication and engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking Maintain and update employee records and documentation Help in onboarding and offboarding processes Assist in internal communication and employee engagement activities Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks Requirements Requirements: Basic understanding of HR processes and functions Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Available for a full-time internship
