JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This role provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Prior experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, etc.).
