Key Responsibilities We will partner with you to shape your internship experience around the areas of HR you're most excited about. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding activities such as preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Help coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions. Respond to basic employee inquiries or direct them to appropriate HR staff. Assist with benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment tracking and documentation. Support HR projects and initiatives, including research and process improvement efforts. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations in assigned tasks. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving HR processes. Requirements Education / Certificates / Licenses / Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field. Junior or Senior standing preferred. Previous internship, coursework, or projects related to HR is preferred but not required. Experience with administrative tasks or customer service is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Comfortable collaborating in a team environment, as well as working as an individual. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and integrity. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Alignment with our company’s guiding principles and commitment to enrich lives.
