Description Sese is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This unpaid internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on HR experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment. The intern will work closely with the HR department and cross-functional teams to support daily operations, employee programs, and organizational development initiatives. Assist with daily HR operations, including administrative tasks, document organization, and file maintenance Support recruitment and onboarding processes, interview scheduling, and preparing onboarding materials - is this realistic? Contribute to Human Resources projects such as process improvements and HR data tracking Help develop and support employee engagement and workplace motivation strategies Participate in initiatives that strengthen company culture and organizational values Conduct research to support HR initiatives, compliance updates, and best-practice recommendations Perform other HR duties and special projects as assigned Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on HR environment Ability to work on-site and adhere to company safety and confidentiality standards
