As we continue our expansion across the country, we are searching for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our corporate team. This role is critical in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives while fostering a positive work culture and employee engagement. Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention efforts to ensure a high-performance workforce. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving employee issues in a fair and timely manner. Compliance and Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, while developing and interpreting HR policies and procedures. Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
