Description
The HR Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive, compliant, and high‑performance workplace culture. This role leads core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and workforce planning efforts Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people‑related matters Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention programs Oversee HR operations including records management, HR systems, and reporting Lead and mentor HR team members (if applicable) Identify training and development needs and support learning initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Location should be in Cebu, Philippines Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking and problem‑solving Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Organizational and time‑management skills Data‑driven decision‑making and reporting Proficiency in HR systems and tools (ATS, HRIS, payroll platforms) Preferred Qualifications HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus Experience in a fast‑growing or multi‑location organization Full‑time position Fully remote - EST or PST Schedule Competitive Rate with HMO after probationary.
