Description
  • Succession planning and leadership development to strengthen the leadership pipeline and support long-term business continuity
  • Reviewing and modernising HR policies, processes and employee programmes so they remain scalable, compliant and fit for purpose across multiple countries
  • Establishing stronger governance and consistency across Europe, balancing local needs with a more unified employee experience
  • Using analytics and evidence-based insight to guide workforce planning, workforce shaping and talent decisions
  • Supporting organisational transformation and change management
  • Partnering with People Operations and HR Centres of Excellence on on boarding, employee relations and future-ready programmes
  • Championing safety, equity, inclusion and diversity, and creating a safe environment for our team
  • Developing and mentoring the Europe HR team


About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
  • Proven ability to execute HR strategy at different levels of an organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of improving processes, technology and ways of working
  • Excellent communicator who can adapt style for any audience, from the shop floor to the boardroom
  • Able to balance competing priorities and work with diverse stakeholders
  • Supervisory/Management experience
