We are looking for a HR manager to join our team. As a HR Manager you’ll partner with the senior leadership team to design and deliver a best-in-class people strategy. You’ll lead on all aspects of HR and Recruitment including training and development, employee relations and change management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and implementing our people strategy aligned with company goals
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers
  • Overseeing ER casework, HR policies, and legal compliance
  • Managing end to end recruitment
  • Using data and insight to shape proactive HR solutions

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for a HR Manager who combines strategic thinking with practical execution. You’re comfortable influencing senior management but also ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved in day-to-day delivery.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a fast paced HR role (ideally social care)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading change and delivering HR projects from concept to completion
  • A CIPD qualification is preferred but not essential
