Wolfe Heavy Equipment manufactures premium equipment for under ground infrastructure installation. Role Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across our integrated business group. In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies that support a high-performance and employee-focused culture. This is a hands-on leadership position with direct influence on our people, systems, and organizational development.
You will work closely with the CEO, executive team, and front-line leaders to shape HR policies, ensure compliance, and create a positive and scalable employee experience. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and a passion for continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on leadership role with one direct report, offering the opportunity to further shape and grow the HR function as the business scales.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Aministration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as an HRBP or HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and benefits administration.
  • HR certification CHRL is an asset.
