HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) MANAGER – SKILLED NURSING, ASSISTED LIVING & INDEPENDENT LIVING

Pay: $52,000 – $62,000 annually (DOE)

Alta Mesa Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced and personable Human Resources Manager to join our dedicated leadership team. QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); higher education or HR certification preferred.
• Previous experience in HR, payroll, or related roles (preferred).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain an AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
