About the Role: The Director of Human Resources will lead the strategic development and execution of all human capital initiatives to support the organization's growth and operational excellence. This role is responsible for shaping a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the company. The Director will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance with labor laws to ensure a productive and legally compliant workforce. By collaborating closely with senior leadership, this position will align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Ultimately, the Director of Human Resources will serve as a trusted advisor and change agent, fostering an environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the company’s success. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management, including leadership roles. * Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the United States. * Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs * Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes * Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions * Oversee performance management and appraisal systems * Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies * Manage benefits and payroll coordination * Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs * Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development * Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Qualifications & Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role * Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills * Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools
