We are hiring a proactive and experienced HR Officer to lead our Human Resources department at Belmont Glass & Aluminium. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in performance management (PMS), implementing SOPs, and establishing KPIs across departments. You will be responsible for managing the full HR lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Develop and implement HR SOPs, policies, and procedures
  • Lead the Performance Management System (PMS) – create KRAs, track KPIs, and manage appraisals
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinate visa processing and medicals with the PRO team
  • Prepare payroll inputs and ensure WPS compliance
  • Lead employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
  • Monitor and report monthly HR KPIs to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour law, visa processes, and WPS system
  • Experience with implementing PMS, SOPs, and tracking KPIs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software
