JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity and PeopleSoft.
  • Familiarity with employment labor laws and best practices in human resources management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, payroll administration, and HR sourcing is highly desirable.
