Job Description
Bluebonnet Trails Community Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to support the Chief Human Resources Officer in leading and managing all aspects of human resources operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The Human Resources Manager has knowledge, skills, and abilities to strengthen our workforce as the most valuable asset of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures in compliance with Texas and federal employment laws.
  • Provide assistance in oversight of recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies and compensation and benefit programs.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, FMLA, Texas Worker’s Compensation and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintain HRIS and personnel records in accordance with public records laws.
  • Managing and supervising principles, practices and techniques.
  • Staff relations methods and practices.
  • Applying and ensuring compliance with human resources policies and procedures per laws, rules, regulations, and codes.

Location: Remote – must live in Bluebonnet Trails Community Services catchment area
Hourly Salary Range: TBD

Differential Detail:

  • 1.00/hour, Career Ladder Specialty,
  • 1.00/hour 2 years tenure with BTCS
  • .75/hour Bilingual
