The Boeing Company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join BCA Engineering in North Charleston, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting 787 and Boeing South Carolina Engineering.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing/reporting out high level projects for executives or senior leadership
  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Responsibilities
  • Lead the 787/BSC Engineering HR team to deliver real time engagement and solutions with the business
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to align HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement and organizational performance
  • Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. staffing, performance support, employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, etc.)
  • Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
  • Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and trust
  • Provide coaching and development to the HR team
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy solutions in areas such as talent management, training compensation and employee engagement
