Apply for: Human Resources Manager What You Will Be Doing As Human Resources Manager, you will be the contact person for our managers and employees in all HR-related and employment law issues, both operationally and strategically You will be the go-to partner across 3 sites of the Sales and Servicing division of Bosch Rexroth UK Work closely with other Bosch Rexroth HRLs in the UK and Europe North to shape HR strategy Manage the local HRL team, offering guidance, support and structure Proactively manage and resolve employee relations concerns, ensuring all processes align with legal and internal standards Partner with the business on organisation to design and re-design activity to improve business performance Implement, and continuously optimise HR processes and diversity initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and maximum efficiency Review and analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, and employee engagement, presenting patterns and insight to business stakeholders on a weekly basis, along with proposed solutions and action where required Foster close working relationships with different stakeholders across the business Provide coaching, training and mentoring to line managers in all matters relating to employee relations Support the maintenance of appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development. Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities, development plans and achievements, providing metrics within agreed formats and timescales Partner with Business Leaders to establish training and development needs Support the roll out and development of integration initiatives, for example, performance management, wellbeing, cultural improvement Qualifications Who We Are Looking For CIPD Level 5/7 qualified Someone comfortable working in a complex matrix environment with several different stakeholders Proven experience at Senior HR BP / HR Management level Multi-Site HR experience desirable Strong knowledge of UK employment law and change management Experienced working with highly technical and talented skillsets and professionals Flexibility to travel between three UK sites on a regular basis (St Neots, Cirencester and Wakefield) Significant experience of working in a forward-thinking HR department and part of a multi-disciplined team preferably in an engineering environment Proven track record designing and developing strategic people plans, including talent management, change management, succession planning, workforce planning, retention and engagement etc Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse workload with the ability to work independently and autonomously Used to prioritising own workload and meeting deadlines Innovative and able to identify continuous improvement strategies to enhance departmental performance Computer literate, with sound knowledge of Microsoft packages and SAP systems Additional Information Please note, we would consider Senior Human Resources Business Partners for this role Ideal candidates would come from the UK Engineering Industry Why Bosch Rexroth?
