Description

Breakaway Executive Search is hiring an Human Resources Manager - Generalist to join our client’s team in Mississauga, ON.
The ideal candidate for this role must be CHRP/CHRL certified.
As the HR Manager - Generalist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and compliance for a team of 400+ employees across 9 locations.
You will be a trusted advisor to employees and managers, helping build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Salary: $100,000-115,000/year + bonus

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR management experience
  • CHRP/CHRL certification
  • Experience with multi-site facility management
  • Solid knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Great leadership skills
