Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote employee development and improve job performance.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payrolls and FMLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address organizational design and development needs.
  • Utilize HR management software, including Oracle and UltiPro, to track and manage employee data.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
