Description Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, communication and administration of HR and payroll policies, compliance and related HRIS and pay systems. This is a hands on leadership role requiring day to day administrative duties balanced with skilled leadership, problem solving and management. Responsibilities: · Manage the full day to day needs of the Company’s Human Resources. · Spearhead recruiting initiatives, build relationships with educational institutions and use multiple venues to attract and identify qualified candidates. · Coordinate and lead employee prescreen and interview process Utilizing integrated benefits/HRIS, administer, maintain, and audit employee benefits programs, reconcile monthly bills · Manage system based on-boarding process; conduct new employee orientations and ensure all required paperwork is completed · As a Federal Contractor, ensure compliance with all applicable HR requirements inclusive of AAP and EEOC · Maintain accurate employee records and files · Process payroll and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records · Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures · Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures · Assist with employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution · Identify opportunities to further leverage recently implemented HRIS (Paylocity) system · Coordinate training and development programs for employees · Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance Requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field · 3+ years of experience in Human Resources role · Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures · Experience with HRIS systems for build out, maintenance and reporting · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Detail-oriented with strong organizational/time management skills- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion EOE, including disability/vets.
