Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

•Develop and implement the Human Resources Strategy for the Organization ensuring the overall business strategy and Human Resources strategic priorities.•Lead the Human Resources area and share expertise across the organization to build internal capabilities, consistent and standardized Human Resources applications and best practices.•Support the building and maintenance of key partnerships within the Organization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and manage the Corporate / Regional Human Resources Policies, Process and Tools in the country such as Recruitment and Selection, Induction Plan, Training and Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits.
  • Advise the business managers in organizational effectiveness, performance and development issues.
  • Handling the Statutory / Legal Human Resources requirements: data base file, new / termination contracts, severance payments / benefits, reconciliation, disciplinary actions, vacation request / approvals, catalogue employee competence, etc.
  • Plan, develop and implement Compensation and Benefits policy and programs that are internally equitable and externally competitive with the overall aim of attracting and retaining high quality personnel and minimizing employee turnover.
  • Update salary budget and plans, cost management, incentives programs and annual salary review.
  • Analyze Training necessities linked with business and employees demands. Define, implement and follow up training programs in each business / function unit, geographical location and levels.
  • Design and implement Career and Succession Planning. Planning employee careers, career plan for new jobs and responsibilities.
  • Identificate and develop core and professional competences per position and evaluation of employee performance Identification key people / positions across the organization and follow up of International Assignments.Staff the organization with world-class talent and identify and develop internal talent to feed higher specialist and management positions in the future.
