QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS – HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or SHRM certification a plus)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive settings
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and data-driven decision-making
