SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Manager will have oversight of multiple Human Resource related functions for a fraction of the businesses and locations under the CollisionRight umbrella. This position will serve to support field employees, providing coaching and counseling as well as responding to questions or concerns as they arise. The Human Resources Manager supports objectives aimed at serving the employees of the organization while also supporting strategic business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but NOT required, in addition to 5+ years of experience serving in a professional human resources role
  • 1 year of experience in collision repair industry preferred but not required
  • Multi-Site HR Experience is Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Enhances the organization by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Prepares employees for all duties by establishing and conducting orientation, onboarding, and other training programs.
  • Ensures planning and monitoring of employee work results by training managers to coach employees, scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, and counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing federal and state requirements of all applicable states, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending policies and procedures that will improve the company.
  • Retains all human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
  • Identifies methods to gain efficiencies in processes with the department, leveraging technology to better serve the employees of the organization.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and assisting the department in achieving objectives.
  • Travels to/from assigned territories as needs arise or exist. Routine and unexpected site visits are required. About 50% Travel throughout your assigned market.
  • This is a hybrid role where you are expected to be onsite across your market 2-3 days a week and work from home the days you are not visiting your sites.
  • We are looking for someone in the Milwaukee, WI or Peoria, IL area.
