We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our Team!

POSITION SUMMARY:

The position is responsible for managing all components of Human Resources which includes sourcing, screening, selecting, placing, developing, assessing talent, cash compensation plans, employee relations, engagement, compliance, performance management, policies and procedures, and payroll.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years human resources.
  • Proven communication and customer relation skills.
  • Ability and desire to interact and contribute in a team environment.
  • Ability to use a variety of software tools.
Responsibilities

Corporate/Human Resources Strategy

  • Collaborates with HR Director to understand the organizational goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, retention and benefits administration.
  • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations needs as it relates to human resources.
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) management system.
  • Monitors and ensures FRBs compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

Talent Management and Performance Management

  • In partnership with the HR Director develops strategies and programs to source right talent for the right role.
  • Assists Managers in designing positions and outlining roles and responsibilities.
  • Assists Managers in designing development plans for associates
  • In partnership with HR Directors develops and manages the performance management routines and management support tools.

Human Resource Policy and Compliance Management

  • In partnership with HR Director, development and implementation of HR policies and practices.
  • Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • In partnership with HR Director, ensures EEO-1 report, VETS 100 and Affirmative Action Plan is completed.
  • Demonstrates proper application of compliance regulation
  • Adhere to all internal and regulatory guidelines
