JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team, preferably someone who has hospital/ clinic experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contracts management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively within an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in program management related to training & development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
