We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within the construction or contracting sector and be capable of managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
