OVERVIEW

To cover a 12- month maternity leave, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple HR functions, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic planning and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, payroll processes, benefits administration, and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos, Ceridian).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills in managing contracts and employee relations matters.
  • Experience in change management initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods for effective human capital management and employee evaluation processes.

    Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment process including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance effectively.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution strategies.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organization design efforts.
  • Utilize HRIS systems- Dayforce for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Conduct data analysis for workforce planning, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with workers’ compensation regulations and manage related claims effectively.
  • Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on HR sourcing, talent management, and succession planning.
