POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented individual to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will support ad collaborate with the Sales, IT, Finance and Growth team and you will be part of a broader team of HR Professionals across the country.

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources – Canada, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for driving HR strategies, fostering a high-performing culture, and ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives across these diverse functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and proactive problem-solver with a passion for enabling organizational success through its people.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
· HR designation preferred
Experience:
· Minimum of 5 – 7 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multi-functional organization
· Multi-province experience
Skills:
· Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Sound leadership, employee management, and teambuilding skills
This is on site position with some travel required (about 20%)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
· Partner with department leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
· Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into their teams and company culture.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
· Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR matters.
· Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
Performance Management and Development:
· Support department leaders in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews and discussions.
· Identify and address skill gaps by recommending training, development opportunities, or coaching programs.
HR Strategy and Business Partnering:
· Collaborate with leaders to align HR initiatives with departmental and organizational goals.
· Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making related to workforce planning, retention, and productivity.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Work with the compensation team to ensure equitable and competitive compensation structures in alignment with organizational standards.
· Educate employees on benefit programs and support the administration of employee benefits.
· Act as a liaison between employees and the payroll department
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
· Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and internal policies across all functions.
· Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect organizational changes and regulatory requirements.
Workforce Planning and Organizational Design:
· Assist leaders in structuring teams for efficiency and scalability, focusing on current and future business needs.
· Lead initiatives to support workforce growth, including succession planning and leadership development.
Change Management:
· Support teams through organizational changes, ensuring clear communication and minimizing disruption.
· Drive the adoption of new systems, tools, and processes to enhance employee and organizational performance.
Some travel will be required as a means to effectively support the team
