We operate multiple dealerships and service centers across the region, and we are seeking a Human Resources Manager or Director (depending on experience) to help us continue building a thriving, people-focused culture while supporting our business operations.

POSITION SUMMARY

As the HR Manager/Director, you will lead and oversee all HR functions across our dealership group, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. You will work closely with management teams and department heads to drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and employee engagement.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit, mission-driven environment with room to make a direct and lasting impact.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience; automotive or dealership experience is a strong plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices (EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities
  • Experience working in a multi-location environment preferred

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs across multiple locations
  • Manage the full onboarding process
  • Support and coach managers in employee relations, performance management, and development
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Manage workers’ compensation processes and reporting
  • Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment
  • Administer production of annual 1095-C forms
  • Oversee payroll and timekeeping functions in coordination with accounting/payroll staff
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building efforts
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Oversee and manage HRIS platform
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to ownership and leadership on organizational development
