The Role As our Human Resources Manager, you’ll be an integral member of our leadership team responsible for all aspects of HR operations—from recruiting and employee relations to training, compliance, and team engagement. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, service-driven environment where collaboration and care for people are key. What You’ll Do Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies across all departments. Partner with leaders to address employee relations and build strong, supportive teams. Manage HR compliance, including labor laws, workplace safety, and personnel files. Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management. Develop and facilitate training programs that enhance employee growth and guest service. Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout all levels of the organization. Support performance management, recognition, and engagement programs. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED Required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 4+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment. Deep understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
